Martin Donnolly, Permanent Secretary: "Innovation is our middle name in BIS. It means knowing how to change, to improve and to focus on how we become more effective. These are key skills for all of us in the months ahead. That's why I'm very pleased to be launching The Innovation Space in BIS - the space within 1 Victoria Street to help us deliver better policy outcomes and Ministerial priorities at lower cost both for the department and across government."
