Simon is Director of Operations in DIUS. Prior to that he spent four years in the Prime Minister's Private Office in 10 Downing Street. He has had a civil service career spanning 30 years and seven different Government Departments including the Treasury, the Cabinet Office and the former DTI.
Simon is 49 years old and married with two daughters
