User insight

While building this site we ran a short online survey to find out who visits our web pages and what their aims are when they get here.

We also worked with research specialists to make sure our site design, page templates and content would meet people's needs.

Based on the findings, we were able to prioritise some changes in time for the site's initial rollout in March 2010. We know there is more work to be done, and welcome your ongoing feedback to help make the site better.
